Quality control runs through every production procedure at Meiduoyu Windows. All raw aluminium profiles, tempered glass and hardware will be inspected before entering production.
During production, our team monitors profile cutting, frame assembly, corner connection and glass installation. Before shipment, all finished doors and windows go through appearance inspection, dimension checking and performance testing.
After inspection, we take detailed photos and videos for customer confirmation before packing. For export orders, we adopt fumigation-free plywood crate packaging with desiccant inside to protect goods during long sea transportation.
Clients are welcome to book factory visits and witness the whole production and inspection process.
